Seeing if people make more shots from a different angle.
Broad Question
Can people shoot better from different angles?
Specific Question
Do more people shoot better at different areas on a basketball court?
Hypothesis
I believe that people do shoot better from different angles but it matters if they play basketball or not. The angle I believe most people will shot the best from is the 45 degree' angle because it is the closet to the basket.

Background Research
My Research and my science project is just determining the best angles to shoot from in different sports and how this data for basketball coaches and players can help them shoot better.
Coaching kids how to shoot a basketball is not that easy, everybody shoots different and has a different release point. you need to have your knee half bent before shooting a basketball for more potential power, Then Your dominant hand should have its fingers spread out. The ball should be brought above your head in one motion. Next at this point, the angles at your armpit, elbow, and wrist should be at 90 degrees. While extending your knees, extend your forearm and snap your wrist. Make sure you follow through with your wrist movement. If it feels good release, That's how you can teach a kid to shoot a basketball.
Basketball courts can be any size you want them to be, but an NBA basketball court is 94 ft long and 50 ft wide! An average middle school court normally is 74 feet long and 42 feet wide. Shooting the basketball on a NBA court and a middle school court is a whole lot different. An NBA court three point line is about 22 feet away from the three point line and an middle school court three point line is only 17 feet away from the hoop! That may not seem a lot but once you shoot from each spot you will be able to tell the difference.
Shooting angles in different sports such as lacrosse, and soccer can all have better angles to shoot from just because of the size of the nets. Like in soccer most people say shooting from the side either the left or right is better because you have more opening spots in the net than shooting straight on. In lacrosse well there really is not any best angle to shoot from. Most people say in lacrosse how you shoot the ball is how you determine the best shot. If you just toss the ball into the net that will most likely be saved 99.9 percent of the time. If you shoot it hard and bounce the ball of the ground into the net, it's most likely to go in 40 percent of the time.
I believe that people do shoot better from different angles but it matters if they play basketball or not. the angle i believe most people will shot the best from is the 45 degree' angle because it is the closet to the basket. My hypotheses is not as accurate as a thought it would be but is pretty accurate so I accept it.
1. Go to basketball court
2. Get 10 people to shoot basketballs at different angles
3. Get basketballs
4. Mark the Angles were to shoot from
5. Have 10 people shoot from those spots
6. Record the data on a piece of paper
7. Put into a Graph

Data Analysis
Conclusion : my data does support part of my hypotheses but not all of it, including that I did not measure how many shots people will make from each angle as well as I could have.
Discussion
My project does not have any trends or patterns in my final data. This project could help plenty of people including Coaches on How to teach kids how to shoot a basketball and were to shoot it from. This could also help kids learn there self on were to shoot from. This could Help anybody whos curious about shooting basketballs. I could have done more spots and could have done more trials to get better averages.

Abstract
My project is determining whether People shoot better from different angles on a basketball court and if there is a spot were? I Started with getting 10 to 15 people willing to shoot basketballs for me at different angles. Then I brought them to a basketball court and marked each spot with tape and wrote the angle on the tape. Then I had each person shoot 10 baskets from the spots and record how many baskets they made. Then put it into a bar graph.
